On March 31, 2021, The 4th Meeting of the Council of European Union Association (CEUA) in China was held in Beijing. Liu Qibao, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), was elected chairman of the China-Europe Association council and delivered a speech.
